I have been thinking about doing a blog series with all my Fitbit stats since I purchased the new Fitbit Versa a couple of months ago, as I wasn't sure that my phone was picking up on my step count throughout the day and I wanted to try and be a bit more active.
I am only going to be counting the statistics starting on a Monday and finishing on a Friday to start with just to see how I get on with these blog posts, and if I manage to keep up with them then I may add in Saturday and Sunday at some point.
Monday Steps || 3,050 Hours with 250 Steps || 4 of 9 hours Sleep || 7 hours and 35 minutes Resting Heart Rate || 91 resting bpm Distance || 0.93 Miles Calories Burned || 1,763 Floors Climbed || 6 | Tuesday Steps || 8,471 Hours with 250 Steps || 8 of 9 hours Sleep || 5 hours and 47 minutes Resting Heart Rate || 90 resting bpm Distance || 2.85 Miles Calories Burned || 2,067 Floors Climbed || 13 |
Wednesday Steps || 1,805 Hours with 250 Steps || 1 of 9 hours Sleep || 7 hours and 33 minutes Resting Heart Rate || 88 resting bpm Distance || 0.54 Miles Calories Burned || 1,604 Floors Climbed || 5 | Thursday Steps || 9,004 Hours with 250 Steps || 6 of 9 hours Sleep || 6 hours and 46 minutes Resting Heart Rate || 88 resting bpm Distance || 3.27 Miles Calories Burned || 2,092 Floors Climbed || 10 |
Friday Steps || 5,688 Hours with 250 Steps || 6 of 9 hours Sleep || 5 Hours and 43 minutes Resting Heart Rate || 86 resting bpm Distance || 1.7 Miles Calories Burned || 2,080 Floors Climbed || 24 |
So looking back on my week, it looks like Wednesday was my worst day and I think that was mainly because I just had a chilled day at home not really doing much.
My best day for steps was definitely Thursday with Tuesday coming close aswell. I try to get at least 5000 steps in each day but sometimes I do fail miserably haha!
Hopefully next week's stats will look alot better than this weeks has, if I can get my 5000 steps in each day next week I may challenge myself the week after that for 10,000 steps a day but will just have to see how I go.
